Family versus career

It is really important to keep a healthy balance between family and career. You cannot compromise one for the other. It is really a wise decision to take up a job in order to build a strong financial support, but you also need to look after your family and kids. For a woman, it sometimes becomes difficult to manage both i.e., family and career – but it is really important.
It is also unwise decision if you decide not to do a job – you have acquired a good qualification and you cannot ignore that just for the sake of your family. So, continue your job career and also learn to manage your family and job in a wise and practical manner.
