Is Depression bugging you?
Written by Brenda on February 15th, 2008
Depression is a very serious condition which affects women more frequently than men. This is what a woman 22 years of age wrote “I am very depressed.

I can’t sleep, eat, or think straight and I keep forgetting the littlest things. I hate feeling like this. I don’t know what to do. I cry all the time and just want to be alone. I am on Effexor but that isn’t working. Do you have any advice on what I can do? I am just so tired and want to feel like my old self again”.
There can be a dozen reasons for this condition. Being alone, a broken relationship, family worries, work pressures, hormone changes are some of the most common reasons for depression.
Do not take medicines on your own. Consult a psychiatrist immediately. Depression is a very common condition. Thousands overcome it, so you too can.
